So we did Fran and Karen on Monday. Yep, Fran then with the remaining time we did Karen. 10 minutes. I had so much self pity I spent two minutes looking at the wall ball. My Fran was the slowest it's ever been. At the 6 minute mark I was officially pissed. My pull-ups were hard. Thrusters felt heavy. I was out of breath.
Needless to say I decided it was time to revamp my diet again as that is the only thing I have changed. My training has been harder, but my diet has been crap. I drink too much beer and eat out too frequently. I'm also very guilty of eating the kids snacks throughout the day. Carb backloading only works if you are actually following the guide, not eating carbs whenever.
