These egg muffins are a variation of the breakfast I prep most weeks. They are super simple to make, prepares enough for the whole week, and they don't taste like dirt. All of the above make it a reason to try.
I like the fact that I can eat these throughout the day and it takes absolutely no prep once they are cooked. I'll bring a couple to the gym if I'm staying late and think it's going to be along workout (okay. I don't really do that. but in my head it's a good idea. So someone who takes crossfit more seriously.. like drew.. could find an easy solution to 3 hour workout hunger)
