Anyway...
When I started my paleo journey I was lost and confused. I felt like I couldn't read enough articles and books to help the non-cooker in me master the "paleo lifestyle."
I love ya, mom- but unfortunately spaghetti, chicken cor don bleu, pizza, manicotti, pigs in a blanket, etc. aren't paleo friendly. That was the extent of my cooking, too. Somedays I could open a box of hamburger helper and whip together a mean pile of salty goodness, but I digress.
So, after a few days of looking, researching and testing, I came up with a two week menu that would help our family start our paleo diet. I hope it helps you too! I'm a little bit OCD when it comes to grocery shopping, so you will find below a 2 week meal plan, typed grocery list and recipe book. These recipes are form all over the web and only a few are my originals. Some were pulled from Paleomg.com and some from Against All Grain. I have not included a few that were in paleo recipe books because it wouldn't be fair to the author if I shared all the recipes without people buying the book. If you do a quick search on Fast Paleo or something similar, you should be able to find the missing recipes in one form or another.
I hope this helps you! Remember, this grocery list if for two weeks. Take a look at recipes and buy the veggies only a few days prior so they don't go bad.
