A go to dinner in our house is Paleo Fajitas. I'll post the recipe tomorrow when I cook it. Tonight, though, I'll share one of the easier paleo snacks. We eat a lot of avocados when we are eating strict paleo to ensure we are getting enough fats. Therefore, I love some Guac!
If you're new to picking out avocados, you want to go for the ones that are easier to squeeze. If they are firm they aren't going to mash quite right.
Ingredients:
4 Ripe avocados
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 garlic
Combine Ingredients with a potato masher. Avocados can vary in size, so I like to keep the lime, salt and garlic light at first. You can always add more, but if you don't have any more avocados you can't undo too much lime.
